How it works

Six stages. Two of them are work for us, four are for you.

01

Research

We read the embassy source.

Every country page is built by reading the destination's ministry of foreign affairs and online entry portal directly. Aggregator sites are cross-checked, never primary.

Note

Source URLs are listed on every page. If the embassy updates its guidance, the page is flagged for re-verification.

02

Structure

We organise the requirements.

A trained editor turns the source into a structured page: permit types, fees, processing times, document checklist, eligibility, common rejection reasons.

Note

Numeric fields (fees, days, page count) are shown in the same format so you can compare them across countries.

03

Verification

We mark what's verified.

Each page is marked "verified", "AI draft" or "needs review", and shows a "last verified" date near the top. Verification runs on a rolling 30-day cycle.

Note

The audit log is public for the top-25 destinations.

04

Wizard

You answer 5 questions.

The wizard takes your passport, destination, purpose, and rough dates and narrows the permit options to ones you actually qualify for.

Note

No spam afterwards. No auto-renewing trial. We email you the checklist if you ask.

05

Pack

You buy or you don't.

If a Document Pack will save you time, $29 buys pre-filled forms and templates. If you'd rather hand off entirely, $79 routes you to a vetted local partner.

Note

The Free tier is permanent — no upsell required to use the checklist.

06

Aftercare

You file.

Your application is filed by you or by the partner. We don't pretend to file with the embassy ourselves — we are not licensed to.

Note

Refund: 100% within 7 days if the pack hasn't been downloaded.
